MySitePath exists because most hosting round-ups online are ranked by commission size, not by whether the product is actually good. We wanted the honest version — so we built it.
Who's behind this
MySitePath is run by a small team — not a media conglomerate with a content farm behind it. The site is written and maintained with direct, hands-on experience running and marketing small online businesses — the same kind of business you're probably trying to get online right now. That perspective shapes what we choose to test and what we flag as a problem: things a business owner would actually run into, not spec-sheet trivia.
Why we started this
Nearly every "best web hosting" page you'll find is written by an affiliate marketer who signed up for every program with a payout and ranked accordingly — regardless of whether the product held up. We think that's a disservice to anyone trying to make a real decision for their business. So this site works differently: we decide who's good first, and only pursue an affiliate relationship with companies we'd already recommend.
Editorial policy
